GENERAL INFORMATION

While we provide guidelines for how long delivery takes, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times. During holiday periods such as Christmas lead times maybe extended slightly. All items are self-assembly unless otherwise stated. Multiple orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop, split date deliveries will be charged accordingly.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Here at Dreambedmakers all items are delivered free of charge within England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the post codes listed in the “Suspended Delivery” section.) We do not deliver to offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

SUSPENDED DELIVERY

Unfortunately, we are currently not delivering to the following postcodes: IV, PH, AB, DD, KY, PA20+, KA27, LL53, LL60+, TR, PL, TQ, EX, BT, FK8+ & PO31+. Please note, all customers will be notified via email from our customer services team with order confirmation and delivery timescales within 7 days of placing your order.

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

We offer FREE Delivery to mainland UK. We offer additional services such as room of choice delivery, assembly service and removal of old bed & mattress for an additional cost.

DELIVERY TIME

All our products are delivered to your home within 5 – 10 days

WHAT TIME WILL YOU DELIVER?

Our delivery service operates between 7am – 6pm, 7 days a week. Once your delivery date is confirmed, you must be available during those hours. The courier will contact you on the day, approximately 30-45 minutes before arrival. Please be aware we cannot guarantee the pre call and it is strongly advised the customer makes necessary arrangements to ensure the property is occupied at all times on the day of delivery.

DELIVERY DATE

Your delivery date will be sent to the Contact Number you provide at the checkout. The products will be delivered by a one-man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. If you miss the courier’s delivery attempt, we will charge £50 to redeliver your order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We encourage you to check every item thoroughly when you receive your order to make sure you’re happy, even if you’re not going to use it straight away.
If you spot any damages, please contact us and we’ll replace any damaged items.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION SERVICE

We’re more than happy to collect and recycle your old bed or mattress and have adapted our services to ensure that we keep you, our customers, and our colleagues safe by providing two men service.
