Your privacy is important to Dreambedmakers. Therefore, we have designed and implemented a privacy policy into our already service driven structure.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order please contact us our customer service team who will then issue a refund.

Please note if your cancellation request is made 24 hours prior to the agreed delivery date, then your goods will have already been dispatched with the courier and your refund will be subject to a return fee which will automatically be deducted from your refund.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

If you would like to request a return/exchange please contact us

For a return to be accepted please make sure the following terms are met:

  • You have contacted us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused, unassembled, and still within its original packaging.
  • The item has not been slept on.

Once our customer services team has approved the return, we can arrange for our courier to collect the item.

A fee is also incurred upon returning goods, the fee for returning the item(s) with our courier is based on the weight and size of the item(s) which are being returned. Once your return has been approved our customer services team will then advise on the cost.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/ FAULTY ON ARRIVAL?

Please report any damages or faults to the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your items have been safely returned to us and inspected, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method minus any collection charges if applicable. Please allow 7-10 working days from when the items have been returned to us, for the refund to show back in your account.
